Of course time and even plastic surgery can tend to age your face but, nothing does the trick like good ol’ drugs and alcohol. As is often the case, fame and drugs go hand-in-hand. While some stars might dabble in the party favors, others fell down the deep, dark hole of addiction and it certainly took its toll on their physical appearance. The cute child star, best known for his role as Kevin in the Home Alone movie franchise is looking rough in this “after” photo. Culkin was seen outside his apartment on a New York City street looking waif-like and extremely pale – which brought about rumors of drug abuse. Nowadays, he is looking healthier and happier.

A world-renowned supermodel, Moss’s means of income was her face. It’s too bad that she developed a taste for the cocaine – it’s certainly left its mark on her moneymaker. No longer the “Rimmel of London” signature look, Moss has the signature ‘coke-bloat’ look.

This one’s truly a shame. I’ve always thought Lohan was such a cutie but, she looks a hot mess nowadays. The girl is 6 years younger than me but looks way older than I do. I’m so glad I stopped using before the drugs could really do some lasting damage.

She became popular for her good looks, turning heads for her role on Baywatch but, today, Anderson isn’t looking so hot. At 47, she is technically middle-aged but, 40 is the new 30 and Anderson isn’t holding up so well. Anderson has confessed to doing cocaine, saying that she only experimented with it when she was younger and insisting that she didn’t like its effects. I don’t know for sure if it’s cocaine, too much sun, the hepatitis C, or a combination of all of those things but, Pammy, you don’t look so good these days.

Oh dear, this is another really tragic case. Poor Amanda Bynes has more than drug addiction to deal with. She’s also struggling with mental illness that manifested in an obsession for plastic surgery – way too much plastic surgery. This young woman is the same age as Lindsay, 27, but doesn’t look a day younger than 30. And it’s not so much that she looks too old for her age. The multiple cosmetic surgeries she has subjected her face to have left her looking kind of un-human. There is no way that those doctors acted in good faith when they performed those procedures.

Age and drugs have shown no love for Love, the 49-year-old rocker and widow of Kurt Cobain. Her very-public struggle with drugs has been well-documented over the years with photos by the paparazzi as well as her appearances on television (remember her antics on the Pamela Anderson Roast on Comedy Central? – She had claimed to be clean and sober at the time but her behavior indicated that she was anything but that).
